Anthony Zwig is a business leader who regularly makes a seemingly impossible project... happen. Tony brings over 30 years of experience in finance and infrastructure asset management to Horizon Legacy, and he has overseen the development of more than 2 million square feet of commercial and residential space in Canada and the US, along with 11 renewable energy projects across North America and Europe. As Chair, Tony drives Horizon Legacy’s real estate and renewable energy initiatives, leveraging his deep experience to innovate and expand The Company's portfolio. Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit and desire to improve our communities, Tony was pivotal in launching Toronto’s first privately owned student residence and played a key role in the Marco Polo Innovation Challenge, which explores new construction technologies. Tony’s grit, boldness, and strategic vision have been critical in establishing Horizon Legacy as a leader in construction innovation and sustainable development. His leadership continues to shape the future of The Company, ensuring excellence and growth in all its ventures.
