Frank brings over 30 years of experience in project development and operations to Horizon Legacy, and brings an extraordinarly diverse skillset to every project. As vice president, Frank supervised the development and construction of a $150 million portfolio of renewable energy projects in Ontario and Nova Scotia, and prior to the renewable energy projects Frank, spearheaded numerous prestigious office tower projects including One Financial Place and the Yonge-Eglington Centre. A crowning achievement in Frank’s career was buildingToronto's first privately owned student residence within the Toronto Metropolitan University campus. This student residence was a first-of-a-kind project in Canada, and involved an innovative financing and business model to pave the way for more projects like it. Frank was also at the forefront of Bala Generating Station. Canada’s first small hydroelectric project. Recently, he secured building permits for Canada’s first housing development using onsite construction robots that are in concordance with local building codes. With each project Frank has also been instrumental in coordinating approvals, including environmental assessments at provincial, federal, and local government levels. Frank recently leveraged his extensive knowledge and passion for construction innovation to formalize Ontario's first housing development using on-site robotics in collaboration with the Town of Gananoque.
