Harvey Barth is a construction and real estate executive with more than four decades of experience leading redevelopment, modernization, and capital improvement projects across Canada. Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership roles with some of Canada’s most respected real estate ownership, development, and asset management organizations, overseeing complex office, residential, institutional, and mixed-use developments. His experience includes office-to-residential conversions, heritage building revitalization, large-scale capital planning programs, and major redevelopment initiatives. Harvey has contributed to nationally recognized projects including the Pan Am Athletes’ Village and the Zibi Development, bringing a practical, execution-focused approach to complex construction environments. At Horizon Legacy, Harvey supports construction R&D and implementation initiatives, helping bridge innovative building technologies with real-world project delivery and operational excellence.
